Shipping policy

Shipping –

We process your order as soon as we receive a payment confirmation. Processing your order normally takes between 1-3 working days.

Delivery Timeline – You will receive your order within 10-12 days.

Where we Ship -

We currently ship only within Karnataka. For orders outside Karnataka, shipping charges are borne by the customer. Reach out to us on WhatsApp or Instagram to place your order.

Cancellation –

You can cancel the order by sending us an email at kokio.essentials@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once a product has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation.

Orders cannot be altered once they are placed, they can only be cancelled, and you need to place a new order.
