Returns –
We do not provide returns or refunds unless the product is damaged, which must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Due to the intimate nature of the product, returns are not accepted for sanitary reasons.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with the proof of purchase. Upon receiving the shipment, customers are kindly asked to inspect the contents and promptly notify us of any discrepancies with accompanying photo evidence. We will then arrange for a pickup.
Please note that Koki’o Essentials reserves the right to accept or reject return requests.
Exchanges –
We offer replacements only for defective or damaged items. Should you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email at kokio.essentials@gmail.com. Once we have inspected the package, we will proceed to initiate a pickup and notify you as soon as it has been shipped.
Cancellation –
You can cancel the order by sending us an email at kokio.essentials@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once a product has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation.
Orders cannot be altered once they are placed, they can only be cancelled, and you need to place a new order.
